Data we collect

  • Inquiry form: your name, email, optional phone, a short description of the household, and a short note on the year you would like ahead of you, plus your consent confirmation.
  • Consent preference: a single value (accepted / rejected) stored in your browser's localStorage under the key nmff_consent.
  • During an engagement: the budget skeleton, written summaries, and any documents you choose to share with us to do the work.

We do not collect browsing analytics, IP-based tracking, or third-party identifiers. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

Purposes and legal bases (PDPA)

  • To respond to your inquiry and set up a consultation — collected with your consent (PDPA Art. 15, 16).
  • To deliver the consultation and ongoing planning support you have engaged us for — collected and used to perform a contract or a pre-contractual measure you requested.
  • To keep a written record of the budget work and summaries — retained for the duration of the engagement and the limitation period that follows.

Where the data goes

Inquiry form submissions are sent to a same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on netmodule-hub.digital. The handler is operated by NetModule Family Finance Co., Ltd. and is used only to reply to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the planning work. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

  • Inquiry data: kept for up to 12 months if no engagement follows, then deleted.
  • Engagement records: kept for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years, then deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.
  • Consent preference in localStorage: persists until you clear browser storage.

Your rights under PDPA

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@netmodule-hub.digital with the subject "Data request". We reply within 30 days.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to a same-domain handler. Engagement records are stored on access-controlled devices. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small: no analytics, no third-party scripts, no advertising pixels.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and refresh the "last reviewed" date at the top. Where the change materially affects existing data, we email clients in an active engagement before the change takes effect.
