A planning engagement here is not a one-shot deck. It is a small set of working sessions, kept honest by being written down.
1. Inquiry
You send a note through the contact form or by email. We reply within two working days with a few short questions about the household — who is in it, what care is currently arranged, and what you would like the coming year to look like. No charge at this stage.
2. Initial consultation (75 minutes)
We meet in Beitou, or by video call. The session is working, not presentational — bring the bills, bring the questions. We map the household onto one sheet: income, fixed costs, eldercare line items, and the coming year's expected spend. You walk out with a one-page skeleton and the decisions that come next.
3. Written summary
Within five working days you receive a short written summary: the budget skeleton, the decisions identified, and the suggested review cadence. This is the document we work from next.
4. Ongoing planning support (optional)
If the household numbers shift more than once a year, we set a quarterly review cadence and keep the budget file live between reviews. You can reach us by email between reviews; small questions are answered within two working days, larger ones go onto the next review agenda.
5. Care-transition review (as needed)
When something changes — a parent moving in, a caregiver handover, a sibling stepping back from contributions — we run a focused session to restate the budget against the new household shape. The output is a short written summary of who covers what going forward.
What we need from you
- A rough picture of monthly income and fixed costs.
- The current eldercare arrangement (caregiver hours, facility costs, allowances).
- The decisions you are currently weighing.
We do not need account numbers, and we do not need a credit check. We work on the budget, not on your accounts.
