Refund

This policy applies to all paid engagements with NetModule Family Finance Co., Ltd. It is part of our terms of service and is framed against Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法) distance-selling baseline.

Eligibility

All consultation fees paid in advance are eligible for a refund under the conditions below. Ongoing planning support fees are eligible on a pro-rata basis for the unused part of the billing cycle.

Timeframes

Initial consultation: full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Within 48 hours, see "Late cancellation and no-shows" below.
Ongoing planning support: you can end the support at any time. The current billing cycle is non-refundable; future billing cycles are cancelled and not charged.
Care-transition review: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, or a session cancelled by us.
Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before a scheduled session, to cover the held time slot.
No refund: cancellation less than 24 hours before a session, or a no-show.

Non-refundable items

Work already started on a written summary that has been sent to you.
The current billing cycle of ongoing planning support.
Sessions rescheduled under "Rescheduling" below and then missed without notice.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. A second reschedule of the same session is treated as a cancellation and re-booking under the timeframes above.

Deposits

We do not take deposits. The full fee for a session is payable in advance and is held against the scheduled time slot.

No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not given notice at least 24 hours in advance, the session is counted as delivered and the fee is non-refundable. We will offer one alternative date at our discretion.

Work already started

If we have already sent you a written summary for an engagement, the fee for that engagement is non-refundable. If we have started but not sent the summary, a 50% refund applies on cancellation.

Processing time and method

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of approval.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer).
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

How to request a refund

Email info@netmodule-hub.digital with the subject "Refund request" and the session date. We reply within two working days. If you prefer to talk, call +886 2 2895 6174 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:30–17:30 Taipei time).

Distance-selling baseline

Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act provides a 7-day withdrawal right (七日猶豫期) for goods bought remotely. For services already rendered with the consumer's consent, the standard exception applies. The timeframes above are our commercial policy and are at least as favourable to you as the statutory baseline.
