These terms govern consultations and ongoing planning support provided by NetModule Family Finance Co., Ltd. to clients in Taiwan.

Provider

The service is provided by NetModule Family Finance Co., Ltd., UBN 58306015, No. 82, Sec. 2, Beitou Rd., Beitou Dist., Taipei City. Representative: Liu Pei-Ju. Contact: info@netmodule-hub.digital, +886 2 2895 6174.

What we provide

We provide individual financial-planning consultations and ongoing planning support focused on multigenerational household and eldercare budgeting. Our work sits on the household budget — the cash-flow, the care-cost lines, and the family conversations around them. We do not provide investment brokerage, insurance brokerage, tax filing, or legal advice. For those services we send you to licensed professionals in Taiwan.

Engagement and fees

  • Initial consultation (75 minutes): NT$2,500, payable in advance by bank transfer.
  • Ongoing planning support: NT$1,200 per month, billed monthly in advance.
  • Care-transition review: NT$3,800 per session, payable in advance.

Fees are quoted in NT$ (TWD) with no decimals, per Taiwanese convention. We may revise fees with at least 30 days' notice to clients in an active engagement; the new fees apply from the next billing cycle.

What you agree to

  • To give us accurate, current information about the household's income, costs and care arrangements.
  • To flag material changes early — a parent arriving, a caregiver handover, a sibling pulling back from contributions.
  • To pay invoices by the date on the invoice.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

Limit of our service

We work on the budget. We do not guarantee a specific financial outcome — household cash-flow depends on decisions the household makes and on events outside anyone's control. We do not promise investment returns, tax savings, or care-cost reductions. Any projection we show is a planning estimate, not a forecast.

Confidentiality

We keep what you tell us confidential, except where disclosure is required by Taiwanese law. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute is brought before the courts of Taipei City unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, this page is updated and the "last reviewed" date reflects the change. Where a change materially affects existing clients, we notify them by email at the address we have on file for the engagement.
